Where do you deliver/ship?

We ship UPS orders anywhere in the United states. Our shipping rates are most favorable in the West and Southwest especially Arizona, Nevada, New Mexico, and California For complete details on delivery and shipping information, including maps and rates Click Here.

Is there a shipping/handling fee?

Yes, standard UPS shipping rates apply. At checkout you can choose your delivery method and use our shipping calculator to get an exact total. Visit our shipping information page to see estimated amounts.

I live in Phoenix AZ, how much is delivery?

If you are located in the greater Phoenix Metro area (inside the 303), UPS shipping is free for orders over $199. We also offer free shipping for Zone 1 from time to time. Sign up for our newsletters to get information on sales, discounts and restocked items.

Can I pick my order up?

Yes. We currently offer two pick up locations - our North Phoenix headquarters or our associate's office at True Health Centers in Chandler, AZ.  Orders over $99 can be picked up for free. Orders under $99 that are picked up will be charged a $7 handling fee.

How does my order get delivered?

Orders are delivered via UPS so that we can provide you with a tracking number to ensure accurate and timely delivery.  For complete details on delivery and shipping information, including maps and rates visit our shipping information page.

When will my order ship?

Orders shipped via UPS are shipped on Monday's, Tuesday's and Wednesdays. Orders received by noon on Tuesday will be shipped that week provided all your items are in stock. Orders received after noon on Tuesday will be pushed to the following week.

Will you leave my food at my door if I am not home?

As soon as your order is processed we send you an email asking you to verify that our projected ship date will be ok with you and someone will be available to bring the package inside by the end of the day. Please look out for this email and reply to it. We will never ship your order without first hearing back from you as to the best day you'd like to receive it. We keep a signature waiver on file with UPS so that they will always leave your package at your shipping address, even if someone is not home. This ensures that UPS does not “hold” your perishable products. Our products are packed with enough ice to last an additional 8-12 hours of transit time over standard shipping times.

If you know ahead of time that you won’t be home to receive the package and/or you have special instructions for delivery (such as “leave by garage door” or “leave on side porch” or "leave at leasing office") please place a signed note on your door addressed to UPS.

Please Note: We cannot deliver to a P.O. Box. An incorrect or incomplete shipping address voids our guarantee. So please verify your shipping address has been entered correctly and provide a valid phone number for Shipping and Billing addresses in the event a delivery issue arises.

Do you offer a guarantee?

Yes. We are committed to your satisfaction and offer an unconditional guarantee.  If you’re not satisfied with your purchase, we will either replace your product or exchange it for an item of equal value on your next delivery with no questions asked.

Where can I find nutritional facts on your products?

Below each product description you will find a tab with complete nutritional information, when available. There is also a tab providing ingredients. For more extensive nutritional information, the USDA Nutrient Data Laboratory contains detailed information for thousands of foods.

Are your products organic?

Many of our products are certified organic and will be identified as such in the product descriptions.

How long will your frozen products last?

With the vacuum seal packaging, our meats and seafood items can last anywhere from 6 to 12 months depending on your freezer.
